I am so sad to report that long-time LAF friend, supporter, father, husband, cancer advocate, multiple cancer survivor, and LAF Board Member Hamilton Jordan passed away tonight.

He was an advisor and a mentor to me. I will never forget his encouragement and support of me as a 21 year-old entering the cancer enterprise. And what he did for me, he did for many survivors. Kids Helping Kids Overcome Cancer Obstacles was a fun-filled LIVESTRONG Day event geared towards KIDS of all ages and sizes. We had a fantastic turn-out with motivating speakers and kids running all over the place… slowing down only for pizza and ice cream.
