Summit Day 3

July 26th, 2008 by Brian Howe (LAF Staff)

Good morning from day three. Last nights keynote by Dr. Harold Freeman, was very inspiring and touching. He shared with us that he wanted to become a Major in the LIVESTRONG Army. Lance was eager to have him join along in the fight.

This morning’s keynote will be from Stefanie Spielman. I am looking forward to how cancer has touched her life. Today will be yet another busy day, with tracks running concurrently. There will be no keynote this evening, as we are all headed to the zoo for a group dinner.

Hopefully I will be able to share some stories from today’s tracks before we leave for the zoo.

Follow the link below to see this mornings keynote from Stefanie Spielman.

Stefanie was outstanding! Very powerful and I admire her husband for taking a huge role in her fight! He put his dream on hold to help her. That is true love.

Stefanie rocked, and she set the tone for what was an amazing day!

Stefanie was awesome!! Truely an inspiration to those of us with children.
