Ralph Lauren Center (Continued)

May 13th, 2008 by Doug Ulman

Unreal first event. Standing in Harlem and listening to several icons in their respective fields talk about cancer was inspiring. It showed that this is not just our LAF problem. It is not just an individual with cancer’s problem. It is a national and international problem. And it will take the focus and determination of many to eradicate it in our lifetime.

Ralph Lauren, Dr. Harold Freeman, Mayor Bloomberg, and Lance Armstrong spoke of their personal connection to the disease and their desire to help lead our grassroots movement.

LIVESTRONG Day is off and running.  More from this event soon.
