Thanks, Dr. Freeman

June 29th, 2007 by Lance Armstrong

The purpose of my blog today is to congratulate a very special man, Dr. Harold Freeman.

The LAF was incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Freeman join our board of directors in 2006. Although I have known Dr. Freeman for a while, I have had the pleasure of getting to know him more over the last year. Tomorrow he will celebrate 40 years of service to the cancer community in Harlem. His work and dedication have truly changed the course of cancer care.

Dr. Freeman, my brother, it’s leaders and visionaries like you that inspire us all as we fight this battle against cancer.

LIVESTRONG,

Lance
