Athletes for Hope Launch

April 24th, 2007 by Lance Armstrong

I just wanted to remind everyone to tune in Wednesday morning for the launch of Athletes for Hope.

The mission of Athletes for Hope is to educate athletes about philanthropy; connect athletes, charities, companies, and individuals to advance charitable causes; and recognize all that athletes do to help community and charitable causes. The overall goal is to lead a philanthropic movement to inspire millions of sports fans to get involved or to increase their involvement in supporting charitable causes.

I am excited to be a part of this with other inspiring athletes like Andre Agassi, Muhammad Ali, Cal Ripken Jr., Tony Hawk, Mia Hamm and many others. I hope you will tune in to Good Morning America (ABC) and Cold Pizza (ESPN2) on Wednesday to watch the festivities.

LIVESTRONG,
Lance
