Blown away

Over the last 24 hours my head has been spinning…I am blown away by the response to my article on cnn.com

The response to the CNN piece highlights for me that this is not a time to be silent. I have heard from many people (in response to this article) attached with political campaigns and the ones I have not heard from, I have reached out to. To all of them I have relayed the same message: We are watching you and you will be held accountable.

When Jim Collins spoke at our LIVESTRONG Summit he talked about his flywheel analogy and how it is like building a movement:

“The process resembles relentlessly pushing a giant, heavy flywheel in one direction. At first, pushing it gets the flywheel to turn once. With consistent effort, it goes two turns, then five, then ten, building increasing momentum until–bang!–the wheel hits the breakthrough point, and the momentum kicks in its favor.”

After yesterday all I have to say is CAN YOU HEAR IT….that’s the sound of the flywheel turning!
